About India Expo Centre & Mart
Our Company is among the top four exhibition and convention venues in India in terms of the total area (Source: Crisil Report). Our Company was incorporated in 2001 with the objective of establishing infrastructure for hosting exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and promotional and business events, among others, in India. This was undertaken with a view to developing dedicated exhibition infrastructure in India, including for exporters seeking to showcase their products to international buyers.
We operate an integrated exhibition and convention centre under the brand name “India Expo Centre and Mart”, located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India on a leasehold basis (“India Expo Centre and Mart”) and provide a comprehensive range of services across the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (“MICE”) ecosystem.
In terms of total exhibition space, our Company is one of the largest exhibition venue providers in India and the largest privately owned exhibition and convention venue in the country (Source: Crisil Report).
Over the last three Fiscals, India Expo Centre and Mart has managed and organised 156 exhibitions, events and conventions, including India International Hospitality Expo, CPHI and PMEC India, IHGF, WOFA 2.0, which are among the prominent events of their kind in India (Source: Crisil Report). We have organized and hosted exhibitions, conventions and events for various ministries of the Government of India, and state government agencies and ministries like the Government of Uttar Pradesh, National Skill Development Corporation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India “Governmental Agencies”), various trade and industry associations like Indian Polyurethane Association, Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Trade Promotion Council of India, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers' Association (“Trade and Industry Associations” ) and private customers.

Our Journey
Our Company was incorporated as ‘India Exposition Mart Limited’ at New Delhi, India, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated April 12, 2001, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi & Haryana at Delhi. Our Company started the business operations pursuant to certificate of commencement of business dated June 12, 2001, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi
The foundation stone of India Expo Centre and Mart was laid in 2003 by then Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister of India and inaugurated in 2006 by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and has since developed into one of India’s largest integrated exhibition and convention centres, spanning 57 acres in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Source: Crisil Report). In addition, we operate ExpoInn, a guest-house situated within the same land parcel as our India Expo Centre and Mart and certified as 5-star by the Ministry of Tourism. We also operate Plume, a hotel located adjacent to our India Expo Centre and Mart, on a leasehold basis, and Mor Stays, which we operate on a managed basis under which we receive a monthly revenue share.

Set out below is a list of services, including, but not limited to the following offered at our exhibition and convention centre:
Exhibition Areas
We have 17 exhibition halls (including one hall under development), with an aggregate indoor exhibition and convention area of approximately 88,509 square metres (“Indoor Exhibition Area”); one banquet hall admeasuring 1,043 square metres; and 15 meeting places, restaurants, cafeteria and office spaces aggregating approximately 7,377 square metres (“Other Indoor Area”), which together are capable of hosting exhibitions, trade fairs, conventions, conferences, meetings and other business and commercial events. We also have outdoor spaces aggregating approximately 78,511 square metres ("Outdoor Area"), which are used for hosting outdoor exhibitions, demonstrations and large-format displays, including events that require open-air space.
Permanent Showrooms
We have 1,800 permanent showrooms which are operated by handicraft exporters, to whom we provide ongoing maintenance and facility-management services on a contractual basis. As on July 31, 2026, these marts are operated by 774 exporters.
Security
Food & Beverage
Our exhibition and convention centre has 6 in-house restaurants and dining areas, offering multiple dining options, cafeterias and food courts with large seating capacity, catering to exhibitors, visitors, delegates and event organisers across the venue. These dining facilities are strategically located across the exhibition halls and outdoor areas to ensure convenient access during exhibitions, conferences and other events, and are designed to accommodate high footfall during large-scale events without compromising service quality.
Electricity Supply
We have the infrastructure, including transformers, to cater to an electricity demand of up to 34 MW, supplemented by a 3.00 MW solar power system, which supports the electricity requirements of exhibitions and events at our India Expo Centre and Mart.
Parking
Our exhibition and convention centre offers approximately 2,811 dedicated parking spaces, including a basement parking facility, ensuring convenient access and supporting the seamless flow of events and visitor movement.
Medical Facilities
Medical teams, along with an ambulance, are deployed for the entire duration of an event, where required, based on the specific requirements and nature of the events. In the case of large-scale events or government events, arrangements with hospitals are additionally made through the district administration, over and above the on-site medical team and ambulance.
Other Facilities and Services
Our housekeeping services are handled by a third party. We also maintain in-house fire-fighting services, including a dedicated fire-fighting team. As part of our marketing initiatives, we collaborate with exhibitors by providing a "utility kit" for their exhibition needs to manage an event seamlessly. Our facility is also disabled-friendly, with golf cart services available for use by persons with disabilities as well as other visitors in need.
