Greater Noida, 11th August 2025: Poised to become a cornerstone of India’s electronics future along the Yamuna Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced a world-class Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) in Sector 10. As part of the central EMC 2.0 initiative, the project is estimated to have an investment of about ₹485 crore and spread across 206 acres and is expected to be completed by January 31, 2028. This is in perfect alignment with national mission of Make in India and state mission to become leader in electronics manufacturing.
Leading the charge, Havells India has been tapped as the anchor unit. The company will set up a ₹800 crore unit on 50-acre land to be developed in manufacturing of appliances and expected to create around 1,000 jobs by 2026. Dixon Technologies, Ascent-K Circuit, Aurionpro ToshiAutomatic Systems and Neenjas Electric are some of the famous names that have been issued Letter of Intent signaling a robust and diversified industrial mix..The proximity to upcoming Noida International Airport and major logistics corridors like Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, dedicated freight lines etc., provide the strategic advantage making Greater Noida an ideal destination for domestic as well as foreign electronic players.
