36th International Geological Congress 2020

You are aware, India, along with its co-host neighboring countries viz., Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka & Pakistan won the bid to host the 36th International Geological Congress (IGC) in National Capital Region (NCR), Delhi from 9th – 14th November, 2020.
The bid by the five countries of the South Asian region was tabled during the 34th International Geological Congress at Brisbane, Australia in August 2012 as a South Asian Bid to host the 36th Session of IGC in India in year 2020. The world geoscientific community is thanked for overwhelmingly supporting the South Asian Bid!
This website brings to you the preliminary information about the 36th International Geological Congress. It will be gradually upgraded into a complete conference portal as we progress with our preparations for hosting 36th IGC.
